photoshop first image

In my first photoshop image I played around with using different backgrounds and colours. I also used some tools for example I used the magnetic wand to select certain parts of the image I wanted to edit. As you can see I changed the image to a bit of a blur and also was able to copy one colour of skin and put it over another for example I put clear skin over a mole, This was my first time using photoshop and I expect the quality of my images to get better and hopefully look at things like layers etc.
